Pollak Park participates in all leagues organised by the Ekurhuleni Golf Union and boasts strong players that compete for these titles. In order to build strong league players and teams we recognise that investing in the junior and development leagues provides a sound base that will carry these players into the future. In this regard, Pollak hosts several initiatives directed at the introduction to and development of junior and underprivileged golf, including golf clinics, training and exhibition games and so forth.

We also have a caddy program that looks after the well being of our caddies. The caddies that are interested in playing the game are given second hand clubs and balls and play on a Monday between themselves. These caddies receive training once a month which includes: rules of golf, course etiquette, general money skills and advice with regards to investments and loans.

We host Charity and Church golf days at a minimal fee to allow the institution an opportunity at raising substantial funds for a good worthy cause. The club assists in the setup of the competition, collection of greenfees and scorecards and provides the master of ceremonies for the prize-giving, leaving the organisation the opportunity to mingle with their supporters and sponsors for the day with nothing else to worry about.
